Mason Wells develops its team through an apprenticeship model. Mentorship, formal training, and a gradual expansion of responsibilities are the hallmarks of our approach. The result is a tenured team that has grown up in the same system together. Each of the six senior leaders at Mason Wells joined early in their careers, advanced through this system, and have worked together at the firm since the early 2000s.
