Mason Wells actively cultivates a network of industry executives to help us identify, partner with, and grow privately held businesses. We refer to this stable of advisors as our Executive Operating Partners (EOPs), and we seek their engagement throughout the lifecycle of our portfolio companies. EOPs bring Mason Wells differentiated insights, connections to fellow industry executives, and other resources to grow businesses. EOPs, in turn, appreciate the professional and economic benefits that a partnership with Mason Wells provides. Our program also does not require executives to work exclusively with Mason Wells.
