As an Associate of Mason Wells Buyout Funds, Mr. Kneisel is primarily responsible for supporting the investment activities of those funds. In this capacity, Mr. Kneisel is responsible for new investment analysis, financial modeling, market research, due diligence support, and the monitoring of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Mason Wells in 2023, Mr. Kneisel was an Investment Banking Associate in Piper Sandler’s Diversified Industrials & Services Group in its Minneapolis office, where he focused on middle-market M&A advisory engagements.

Mr. Kneisel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University.
